6.8 How to listen to the Workout and ProConnect LIVE recordings

NOTE: This lesson contains content that may only be applicable to active VOHeroes Pro members.

Although we hope that each and every student can attend all of their scheduled Workouts and ProConnect LIVE sessions, we know that life gets lifey, your schedule can change, and auditions and work can take precedence, even after you’ve registered for one of the live workout events.

We gotcha covered there.

For each live session we hold, your coaches are recording the event itself for later listening. These recordings are only available to Pro level members, not the general public (an announcement to that effect is made in each event by the event leader).

All of the recordings are located in the exact same place as where you register for events, the Workouts area, and all of the recordings are grouped by year, going back several years:

Once you’re logged in to the VOHeroes site, you’ll be able to access these recordings. And playing them back is a snap. Just choose your year, month and recording, and each of the individual workouts has a separate player that is available right there on the page:

These will be available to you once the month has concluded and all of the sessions have been uploaded to the site.
