10.2 How to get help with your VOHeroes account
If you need help with your account information, payments, membership or anything else that’s personal and private, just send a message to:
Everyone on our admin staff will receive that email, and someone will get with you as soon as they can.
Only use that email address for things that are personal. Anything about the industry, or the material in the courses, or how do do something as a VO skill, should be done a bit differently, by posting in the ProConnect discussion group. We’ll show you how to do that next.
I am unable to log into my account. I tried to get password reset but it didn’t work. Am I not able to take classes at this time? If so when will I be able to log on and do the classes.
You seemed to be logged in – other wise, you couldn’t see or comment on this lesson. Have you checked your spam folder for the password reset? When you click on the Courses icon on our main pages, do you not see Getting Started in Voice Over as one of the courses you’re enrolled in?
Additionally, I’m not sure if you’re asking why you can’t get into any of the other courses (they are Pro courses which you’re not a member of) – let me know. The email address, as noted above, is [email protected].
