10.1 How to whitelist VOHeroes email addresses
We don’t email you unnecessarily, but when we do, we want you to get the email, and not have it go to spam.
One way to do this is to whitelist our email addresses.
Simply put, whitelisting an email address is the process of telling your email client that no matter what is sent from that particular email address, never reject it, send it to spam, or delete it.
How you whitelist email addresses varies depending upon your email client/service. Gmail is different from Hotmail; Yahoo is different from Apple Mail.
Luckily, the folks at Sumo.com (who we LOVE) have an article that shows you exactly how to do it. Check it out here: https://sumo.com/stories/whitelist-email
And follow those whitelisting instructions for these email addresses:
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
- [email protected]
Now that you have our email addresses whitelisted, and our emails are reaching your inbox, let’s take a look at how to get help with two particular types of issues: account related, and voice over/industry related.
