    I now see I need to remove “just” from all my writings.

  2. Great information, thank you. My personal pet peeves are using “myself” instead of “me,” and any use of the word “irregardless.” The correct word is “irrespective.”

  3. I am guilty of writing too much when I could say it simply. Pet peeve: actually. This word rarely has weight in any context. It seems to be a bridge to another thought, much like “um” and “y’know.”
