These are stressful times. And as performers, predominately working from home, we need to create opportunities for our own self care.

These sounds will purposely play back at a low volume to begin with (-20.0 dB), but feel free to raise or lower the volume on your device so that it’s just audible enough (even relaxing sounds can be jarring if too loud).
For best results, lower the lights in your studio, begin the audio of your choice, close your eyes, and when you can, notice your breathing. When you’re finished, check in with yourself and see how you feel. Repeat as needed.
